Professional Interior Designer For New Homeowners

Buying a new home is an exciting milestone, but knowing how to bring all of the spaces together can feel overwhelming. An empty room may look like a blank canvas, but creating a home that feels cohesive, comfortable, and uniquely yours takes thoughtful planning.

The Well Dressed Room is proud to offer interior design services for new homeowners. As a full-service interior design studio serving Elizabethtown, Hardin County, and surrounding Kentucky communities, we create thoughtfully curated interiors that balance timeless elegance with everyday functionality. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure your home feels authentic, comfortable, and beautifully yours.

Whether you’re starting with an entirely empty home or simply need help bringing several rooms together, I’ll guide you through the design process with a clear plan and a thoughtful point of view.

Thoughtful Design. Seamless Experience.

You don’t need to have every detail figured out before we begin. Your home should feel collected and intentional rather than like everything was purchased at once. I’ll take the time to understand your vision, lifestyle, and priorities, then thoughtfully curate furnishings, window treatments, rugs, lighting, and finishing touches around your home. From our initial consultation through delivery and installation, I manage the details and guide you through each step, making the process enjoyable and stress-free.

Whether you’re furnishing an entire new home, creating a welcoming living room for entertaining, designing a peaceful primary suite, or bringing personality to your home office, I’ll help you create spaces that feel timeless, elevated, and genuinely personal.

You can expect:

  • Personalized design recommendations tailored to your home and lifestyle
  • Clear communication throughout every phase of your project
  • Expert guidance in selecting furnishings, finishes, and details
  • Professional coordination from design concept through installation

Your new home is the beginning of a new chapter. Let’s create a home that reflects the way you want to live in it.

Meet the Designer

Teresa Feliciano Interior Designer

Hi! I’m Teresa Feliciano, founder and principal designer of The Well Dressed Room, and I believe a beautifully designed home should do more than look exceptional – it should reflect who you are and bring a sense of comfort every time you walk through the door. My style is timeless and elevated, built on rich textures, layered color, and thoughtful details that never go out of style. Just as important as the design itself is the experience of getting there: With me, you get a partner who listens closely, communicates every step of the way, and delivers a home that feels as good as it looks.

The Well Dressed Room proudly offers interior design services to Elizabethtown, Glendale, Vine Grove, Rineyville, Bardstown, Shephardsville, Radcliff, Ft. Knox, Cecilia, and surrounding areas in Hardin County.
